Overview
These terms govern your use of the ViralFeed extension, this website, and the customer portal at viralfeed.cloud/cuenta. Installing or using ViralFeed means you accept them.
ViralFeed is run by Focus Services LLC, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and "we" below means the same. If you don't accept them, uninstall the extension and stop using the site.
What ViralFeed is
A Chrome extension that adds a research layer on top of Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube. It reorders a page you can already see, and puts export, download and scripts around it. On Pinterest it downloads and gets scripts, without sorting.
It doesn't replace those platforms, host their content, or reach anything you couldn't open yourself. Every sort happens on a page you're already on.
ViralFeed is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, ByteDance, Google, X, Microsoft or Pinterest, nor by Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube or LinkedIn.
What it does, network by network
This describes the current release, not a permanent commitment:
- Sorting
- Ranks a profile or a channel by likes, views, comments or date, depending on what each network publishes. Pinterest doesn't sort.
- The box over the thumbnails
- On Instagram and TikTok, over each thumbnail on a profile or on Explore — and on TikTok, in a search —, the post's figures and its buttons, without sorting anything.
- Outlier badge
- Every sorted post carries how many times it beat the median of that batch. It isn't a separate way to sort.
- Export
- Takes the sorted rows out as CSV, JSON, Excel, or to the clipboard to paste into a spreadsheet.
- Download
- Saves videos, photos and audio to your device. On LinkedIn, video only; on Pinterest, the pin in front of you; on YouTube there are no downloads.
- Get the script
- Turns a video's speech into text. On YouTube it's free and unlimited; everywhere else it's Pro.
Features are added, changed and occasionally retired as the platforms move.
Free plan and Pro
ViralFeed is free to use, with no account and no card. The free plan sorts the latest 25 posts or the last week, exports what it sorts, and gets YouTube scripts without limit.
Pro removes the post and date caps and adds 500 credits a month for downloading (1 credit per file), for getting scripts outside YouTube (by minutes of audio) and for exporting more than 25 posts (1 credit the first time you export each sort). It costs $15 a month or $150 a year. Your country's tax is added on top of that price and you'll see it at checkout.
If your credits don't cover what you ask for, it isn't done and nothing is charged: nothing is done halfway.
Plan credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. Bonus credits from a promo code last for as long as that code says, counted from the moment you redeem it; the code tells you when you redeem it and it's shown in your account.
Some promo codes give a free trial to people who don't have a plan yet. Redeeming one gives you a temporary key with those credits and those days, with no card and no sign-up. When the days or the credits run out, you go back to the free plan and you're not charged anything.
Refunds and cancellation
Billing and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- You can cancel any time from your account, under «Invoices, card and cancel».
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- ViralFeed is sold to you by Focus Services LLC, the company behind the service and the one you contract with. Google is not part of the purchase.
- Payment is handled by a payment provider, which charges you, issues the invoice and holds your payment method. You will see its name at checkout and on the invoice.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice. A change never applies to a period already paid for.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of the purchase and with no questions asked, as long as you have spent 125 credits or fewer of that month's 500. That is enough to know whether ViralFeed is for you; past that it is not trying it out, it is using it.
- It works the same for the monthly and the yearly plan, counting from the day of the purchase.
- You can see the credits you have spent in your account, under «Activity».
- After those 14 days the current period is not refunded, but you can cancel any time and Pro keeps working until the end of what you have already paid for.
- To ask for one, write to support@viralfeed.cloud from the email you bought with. The refund is issued by the payment provider, which is who charged you.
- Purchases showing signs of fraud or refund abuse are not refunded.
Your key
Pro comes with a licence key you receive when you buy and paste into Settings. There's no username or password to create.
The key is personal. You can use it on computers that are yours — they share the same pot of credits — but it isn't shared, resold or handed around. Team use needs a separate arrangement with us.
You're responsible for what happens under your key and for keeping access to the email you bought with. Tell us as soon as you think someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
ViralFeed is built for content research: finding what worked, studying a niche, and planning what to publish next. Use it lawfully and within these terms.
You agree not to use ViralFeed to:
- Collect data at a scale or in a manner that breaks the terms of the platform you're on.
- Profile a private individual, or harass, stalk or target anyone.
- Republish what you downloaded or got a script for as your own, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Resell its output as a data product, or feed one with it.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the extension.
- Work around plan limits, quotas or access checks.
The networks you use it on
Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest each have their own terms, and following them is your responsibility. ViralFeed cannot grant you rights on someone else's platform, and we're not responsible for action a platform takes against your account.
Those platforms also change without notice, and a change of theirs can break a feature overnight. We repair it as fast as we can, but we can't promise uninterrupted compatibility with services we don't control.
Content and intellectual property
The extension, the website, the name and the design are ours. They aren't to be copied, resold, or made into derivative works without written permission.
The posts, videos, images and captions you reach through ViralFeed belong to whoever made them. Downloading something or getting its script gives you no licence to it. What you do with that material is your responsibility, and copyright law applies to it exactly as it did before.
Copyright complaints
If you are the author of a piece of content — or their representative — and you believe someone is using ViralFeed to infringe your rights, write to support@viralfeed.cloud and we will look into it.
So we can act on it, tell us:
- Which content it is and where it is published (the address of the original post).
- Which right you believe is being infringed, and why.
- Who you are, how to reach you, and in what capacity you are writing.
ViralFeed neither hosts nor redistributes anyone's content: what the extension does is reorder a page the user already has open and save to their computer a file the network itself served them. What we can do, and do, is withdraw access from anyone using the tool to infringe third-party rights, as the acceptable use section also says.
Disclaimers and liability
ViralFeed is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will run uninterrupted, error free, or with every version of every browser.
Metrics come from the platforms themselves and are shown as they arrive. We don't verify them, and the outlier badge is an estimate rather than a measurement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of ViralFeed, including lost data, lost revenue, or the standing of your social accounts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for ViralFeed in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop at any time: uninstall the extension and cancel the subscription from your account.
We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms, for suspected fraud or payment abuse, or where the law requires it. Your licence to use ViralFeed ends with it. Terms meant to outlive the agreement — intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law — continue to apply.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what ViralFeed collects, what stays in your browser, and how to have it deleted. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New Mexico. If you're a consumer, you keep whatever rights the law of your country of residence gives you, and you may go to its courts.
Changes to these terms
We update them as the product changes. When we do, the date at the top moves, and if the change is significant you'll be told by email or inside the extension. Using ViralFeed after a change takes effect means you accept it.
