DocsClaude and ChatGPT

Credits, limits and messages

What it costs, how far it goes and what to do if something fails.

What it costs

  • Up to 25 posts per sort: free.
  • Above that: 1 credit per sort, charged once, even if the chat shows it to you more than once. It shows up in your history as an export.
  • If you're out of credits, the chat tells you and nothing is sorted.

How far it goes

  • Up to 500 posts per sort, or everything published in a period: the last week, the last month, the last 3 or 6 months or the last year.
  • One sort at a time. A big one can take a couple of minutes: the chat will say it's still going and pick it up when it's done.

With Chrome covered or in view

  • Instagram, X, Threads and YouTube sort even with Chrome covered by another window or minimized.
  • TikTok and LinkedIn need the Chrome window in view. A split screen —the chat on one side, Chrome on the other— works well.
  • Threads, the first time: open Threads in Chrome and scroll a little on any profile. After that, it sorts without being in front of you.

If something goes wrong

“I can't see your browser”
Chrome is closed, or the switch in Settings is off. Open it and check that it says connected below the switch.
“… needs the Chrome window in view”
It's TikTok or LinkedIn with Chrome covered. Bring it into view and ask again.
“Your Chrome isn't signed in to …”
Sign in to that network in your Chrome and ask again.
“I can't find that account on …”
Check the spelling, or whether it's private: it only sorts what you can see.
“… asked us to slow down”
The network put the brakes on: it stops to keep your account safe. Wait a while before trying again.
“To sort Threads without it in front of you…”
Open Threads in Chrome and scroll a little on any profile, then ask again.

Your data

The sorted posts pass through our server on their way to the app you connected, and they aren't stored. What you do with them in Claude or ChatGPT is covered by their terms. The details are in the privacy policy.
