Downloading

One at a time or a whole profile, and what each file costs.

Downloading is Pro and costs 1 credit per file.

A single post

Hover a post and press ↓. It saves whatever it has: the photo, the video, or every image if it's a carousel.

Over Instagram and TikTok thumbnails

On a profile and on Explore —and on TikTok in a search too— every thumbnail carries a box, without you sorting anything: the post's date and figures, the ×N badge when there is one, and the three buttons. The first one says what you'll get —Video, Image or Carousel— and on a carousel, how many pieces.

On the free plan the box shows in full on the first 25 thumbnails; after that, just the three buttons. With Pro, in full on all of them.

A whole profile

With the grid sorted, press «⬇ Download all» on the bar. Before it starts it asks, with the figure in front of you: how many posts, how many credits it will spend, and how many you have left.

If you only want some, press «☑ Select», tick them, and use «⬇ Download».

What it costs exactly

It's charged per FILE, not per click. A three-image carousel is three files, and therefore 3 credits. The notice at the end tells you how many it was: «✓ Downloaded (3 files) · 3 credits».

The charge happens before the download. If you have no plan or your credits don't cover what you asked for, nothing downloads, nothing is charged, and you're told why: what it costs and what you have left. With 3 credits, 4 files don't download — not even three of them.

If your credits don't cover everything in «⬇ Download all», it tells you before it starts: how many will download and how many won't. If you go ahead, it goes post by post and stops at the first one you can no longer cover. What it saved up to there stays on your disk, charged as usual.

If a download is interrupted

The credit comes back on its own. You'll see a «+1 refunded» row in your History and the matching entry in your portal. If it resumes and finishes, it's charged again.

And if Chrome never accepts the download — because it blocks it, say — everything charged for it is refunded.

Where they're saved

In your browser's downloads folder, without asking you where. The names follow a pattern so they don't get mixed up:

vf-@creator-postid.mp4. If a post brings several pieces, the rest get -2, -3…

If your Chrome has «Ask where to save each file» turned on, you'll get a dialog per file. To pull a whole profile it's worth switching that off in the browser's settings.

What saves on each network

NetworkWhat it saves
InstagramPhotos, carousels, reels, stories and highlights
TikTokThe video at 1080p with no watermark, and a slideshow's photos
XVideos — it asks the quality — and photos
ThreadsVideos and photos
LinkedInVideo only
YouTubeNothing
PinterestThe pin in front of you: its video, its photo, or every image if it's a carousel

LinkedIn saves video only on purpose: images and PDFs LinkedIn stores by itself, and better than we would.

On Pinterest, some videos are only served in pieces and those can't be saved as one file. When that happens, it tells you. Their audio and script still work.
