Your customer portal

Your key, your balance, your history and your invoices.

Your portal is at viralfeed.cloud/cuenta. Your key, your balance, where it went, and your invoices live there.

Getting in

Two ways, both without a password:

From the extension: Settings → «My account ↗». It opens straight in, asking you nothing.
From outside: Type the email you paid with. A six-digit code arrives, good for a few minutes; enter it and you're in.

Four screens, in the menu on the left:

Overview: Your credits — how many you have left, how many are from your plan and how many are bonus —, what you've spent this month on downloads, scripts and exports, and which day they reset. Below that, your latest activity, your key (hidden: «Show the key» reveals it and «Copy» copies it whole; it never changes) and the «Got a code?» box to redeem a promo code.
Activity: Every entry with its time and sign, grouped by day: «1.4 min script −1.4», «Download of 3 images −3», «Export of 80 posts −1», «Refund +1». Filter by downloads, scripts, exports or codes.
Your plan: Which plan you have, what uses credits, and the «Invoices, card and cancel» button, which opens your account with the payment provider, already signed in: download invoices, change the card and cancel there.

Check spam. If it still doesn't show up, write to us: the email you paid with may not be the one you're trying.

For safety the answer is the same whatever address you type. That way nobody can work out who's a customer by trying emails.
